Il grande Keyence Famiglia ~ Means the Great Keyence Family in Italian

Hmmm, seems like it is about time to blog about my Keyence colleague. I'll try to cover as much person as I can. Reason of blogging about the persons whom I meet more than 8 hours a day? Well, things are pretty rough lately and with each passing day the stress level creep up a few level. Not someone who speculates but was hoping to be able to write a thing or two about the people I co-habitate(work wise le!) for 4 years plus. In case tomorrow never comes(more like tomorrow I'm fired!), the least I can do is to introduce my fellow comrades to my blog's follower!


Il Padrino ~ The Godfather
Ok, as with any organization; there should be a head honcho! And that person is Mr. Gary Wong, conveniently called Curry Wong by fellow colleague in KL. He is strict and firm during office hours but a interesting companion at night. It is as if he has the Jekyll & Hyde personality. He is feared by all and was outspoken even to his superior. His style of take no prisoners gain him some admirers but brings him some enemies as well. A much misunderstood person, he is the perennial leader of Keyence Penang. Sheltering us Penangites from the wrath and fury of HQ. If I'm in a position to judge someone, he should get a solid 7.5 as a boss and an impressive 8 for being a friend. Of course the notion of the higher your post the fewer your friends is very relevant to him. Verdict : Misunderstood!

Il buffone di corte ~ The Court Jester
Second in line would be the funny guy in Keyence(Yes I know, some of you who knows me think that I'm a funny bone too. But meet this guy, spend 5 minutes with him and you'll know what I mean). His name is Jason Tan, conveniently addressed as Shortie by yours sincerly. Apart from being vertically challenged, he is a nice guy with a good heart. He is also very funny and indeed very popular among ladies and gents. Though his English is on par with Phua Chu Kang, I still find him intriguing. To compensate for his lack of centimetres, he style his hair in a spiky mohicanish type. It gain him 1.5cm to be exact and I would still call him Shortie. Anyway, he is a cool 8 as a friend and a commendable 7 as a colleague. Let me put it this way, he is an overall nice person but is not rebelious and toe the line to the T! Good for the management but bad for the rest of us. Verdict : Short on the Centimetres but High on Quality!

Thirdly, I would like to comment about Charlotte Tan. She is the reigning IT Manager of Keyence. Dare I say, Keyence Penang will be in big trouble if she jumps ship. Therefore, every time during bonus review, the Big Boss(which happens to be a Jap) would secretly add another 3 month to her bonus. Think of it this way, averagely she gets 6 months of bonus per year, add in 3 months goodwill bonus from THE BOSS, she would've get 9 months of bonus per year! Cool eh? * figures quotes is purely on speculation level* She is also a nice gal with good humor but one word best describe her, Confidence or the lack of it! She is constantly reminding everyone she is a bit tad higher on the Kilograms and that she doesn't have the looks to go for sharper clothings. Oh come on, for God sake; I saw a girl which must have weighted 150kg wearing an armani suites with high heels. Be more confident girl! Hmmm, for ratings? 8.5 as a friend and a good 8 as a colleague(2 years back she would have get 10/10 for the colleague thingy, but since she is more Jasonmania now then Jonmania, it is understandable!) Verdict : Worry too Much and Lack of Self Confident!

La bellezza confusa ~ Confused Beauty(sometimes can also means the Wasted Beauty)
Fourth person? Ms. Goh Ian Chen perhaps? She is married with one kid and expecting another, but I like to call her Ms. Goh purely because she is the best female dresser in the company. Oh, and she got good taste on cars as well! Pity she is married so early and lucky that Jack Khoo! Hmmm, she is the perennial good wife any guys can dream off! Apart from cooking I think she is top notch. She is obedient, homely and earn good money. She has zero guy friends(no speculations pls!) and don't go out 360 days a year! And she would be losing everytime she had an arguement with her husband! Woo hoo...Silly Bean please learn, learn to lose! Ratings? 1.476/10 for being a friend and a good 7.5/10 for being a colleague. Verdict : Too Obedient and Waste of Beauty!

Il lussurioso ~ The Lustful
Fifth person is unique, should dare to even use the word enigma. 5th in Hokkiens means "Groh" which can also mean HORNY! So the accolade of the HORNY BASTARD goes to SH LOW. He is horny 24/7 and is the master of all techniques relating to fucking. His HP is so full of pornos that you can literally smells HORNIness miles away from him. Horny he might be, technical stuff wise he is a genius. He knows a lot and are a good worker. Technical know how is his forte but like all HORNY guys, he has a flaw. He doesn't know modesty and is a bragger! Ratings? 5.5/10 for being a friend and 6.5/10 for being a colleague. Verdict : Horny, in a OVER HORNY way!
